E-commerce fulfillment and COD logistics in Argentina
Fixy is your local logistics operation in Argentina. We receive, store, pick, pack, deliver, collect payment on delivery and handle returns — so you can sell here without building an operation from scratch.
What we do
- Fulfillment. Receiving, SKU-level stock, picking, packing and dispatch from our warehouse.
- Last-mile delivery. Same Day and Next Day across Buenos Aires and AMBA; nationwide shipping to the rest of Argentina, to home address or pick-up point.
- Cash on delivery (COD). Collection in cash and by QR through FixyPay, integrated into the order journey, with traceability and reconciliation.
- Returns management. Reverse logistics, exchanges and returns to stock.
- Marketplace operation. Mercado Libre and Mercado Libre Flex for sellers.
Where our service starts — and where it does not
Fixy takes over once your goods have already cleared customs and are nationalised in Argentina. From that point we handle everything: receiving, warehousing, order preparation, delivery, payment collection and returns.
Fixy is not an importer, not a customs broker, and does not run cross-border or customs operations. If you need those stages, you will need a separate partner for them. We say this plainly because getting it wrong costs you weeks.
Why cash on delivery matters in Argentina
A significant share of Argentine online shoppers still prefers to pay when the parcel arrives. If your checkout only accepts cards, you are leaving demand on the table. Fixy collects in cash and by QR at the door, reconciles it against the order, and settles it back to you — which is why COD is built into our operation rather than bolted on.

REST/JSON API with token authentication, v1/v2 versioning, webhooks, SKU-level stock, real-time tracking, digital proof of delivery and reporting. Native integrations with Mercado Libre, Mercado Libre Flex, Tiendanube, Shopify, WooCommerce, VTEX, PrestaShop, Wix and Magento.
About Fixy
Founded in Buenos Aires in March 2020, Fixy operates e-commerce logistics in Argentina and opened a subsidiary in Paraguay in 2024. Fixy is a member of CACE (Argentine Chamber of Electronic Commerce), CAPACE (its Paraguayan counterpart) and ARLOG, and is a registered postal operator with ENACOM under Argentine Law 20.216.
